Privacy Policy
This policy explains what daoudaly.com actually collects, why, and which services receive it. It describes the website as it works today.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by Daou Daly, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, who decides how the information below is used. Contact: ly@daouda.fr.
When you send the contact form
The form collects your name, email address, company (optional), the topic you select and your message. This information is used only to reply to you and to follow up the professional conversation you started. It is never sold or used for advertising.
When you press “Send”, your message is delivered through three channels, so it is not lost if one of them fails:
- HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.), the CRM where enquiries are stored and followed up.
- Telegram, which sends Daou Daly an instant notification with the content of your message.
- Email, a backup copy sent from the website server to Daou Daly’s inbox.
To block spam, the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.). It checks technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics to confirm that a human is sending the form. This check is necessary for the form to work and is not used for advertising. The server also limits how many messages can be sent from the same IP address per hour.
Audience measurement, only with your consent
If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, the website loads Google Analytics 4 (Google) and the HubSpot tracking code. They measure pages visited, traffic sources, approximate location (country or city), device and browser, and record that a contact form was sent, without its content. If you click “Reject”, or make no choice, none of these tools is loaded.
Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.
Embedded videos
Videos are embedded with YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When a video player loads or when you play a video, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, under Google’s privacy policy.
Hosting and technical data
The website is hosted by OVHcloud in France. Like any web server, it records technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security and maintenance. Fonts are hosted on the website itself: no request is made to Google Fonts. A service worker stores website files in your browser so pages open faster and remain available offline; this data stays on your device.
Legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry: your request and the legitimate interest of answering professional messages.
- Spam protection and security: legitimate interest in keeping the website and the form safe.
- Audience measurement: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long information is kept
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to follow up the conversation, then deleted. A short technical log of form deliveries (name, email, delivery status) is kept on the server outside the public website for troubleshooting. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.
International transfers
Some of the services above (HubSpot, Google, Cloudflare, Telegram) may process data outside your country. Each provider applies its own safeguards, described in its privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, by emailing ly@daouda.fr. If you live in the European Union, you can also contact your local data protection authority.
Changes
This policy is updated whenever the website changes the way it handles information. The date at the top shows the latest version.
